HUSKY HIKE

During the husky hike in the Finnish forest, our guide tells interesting facts about the life, animals and Finnish culture and history concerning our forests, and you can ask everything you like about our lovely huskies. We can have a break during the walk and enjoy some Finnish refreshments and delicacies, and of course give some cuddles and treats to the huskies.

During the town husky hike, we explore the history of the beautiful old town, and also have a glimpse of the modern Finnish lifestyle which is still very close to the nature, with the beautiful parks and water areas. We might stop to taste special Finnish ice cream - maybe seasoned with spruce tips! And again, of course, we stop to pamper the huskies as well.

Our husky hikes - husky walks - take place in the landscapes of Finnish nature, such as Sipoonkorpi National Park - minimum group size is 2 persons, max. 12. The hike is about 3 hours, 4 - 6 km and includes a break.

Town husky hikes in the historical, beautiful centres of Porvoo and Loviisa are also available, for group sizes of 2-4 persons. The hike is abou 1 - 2 hours and includes a break.

The special equipment, such as, the belt where the husky is attached, is of course provided by us. The customer should have proper shoes for a nice walk. 

Husky hikes are organized during summer season especially, but also during the other seasons. When the temperature rises very high during a summer day, the huskies have holidays! Thus, warm weather can have an effect on the availability of the hikes. 

HUSKY RIDE

We organise customized husky rides during autumn, winter and spring, subjected to weather conditions. Please ask for more details - or maybe you are organizing a happening, where you wish to offer husky rides to your guests. 

We offer the rides by sled or by cart. The sled is used during winter and the cart during snow-free seasons. Because of safety, our staff drives the sled or the cart, and the customer enjoys the ride. 

During high humidity and/or temperature (above 10-15 degrees Celcius) we offer the husky hikes only.
